We’re Not Like Anywhere Else.

Outdoor Living Foundations isn’t a top-down machine or a culture of rigid roles. We’re a team of builders, designers, engineers, and makers who collaborate openly, question everything, and test ideas in the real world.

We work in loops, not lines: design feeds fabrication, fabrication informs testing, testing inspires design. Everyone has a seat at the table, and the table is always active. Ideas don’t sit on slides here—they’re built, broken, and built again.

We chase ideas with the energy of a kid building something in the backyard—imperfect, hands-on, full of what-ifs. We encourage side projects, strange questions, and bold prototypes. We test new ways of doing things not just to innovate, but because we love finding a better way.

We work hard, and we take the work seriously—but not ourselves. We celebrate what’s real: working side-by-side on the floor, talking things out at the whiteboard, laughing over lunch while sketching out a crazy idea that might actually work.

There are no silos here. Everyone builds something—whether it’s a product, a system, a process, or a moment of clarity in someone else’s day.

We don’t “handoff.” We hand in. That means feedback is fast, ideas are shared early, and projects stay flexible so we can adapt quickly as we learn. Engineers talk to brand. Fabricators loop in design. Sales gets their hands dirty so they can speak from experience. Everyone gets involved.
