Q: HOW IS IT SHIPPED?

The finished assemblies are shipped flat pack on a pallet or in a crate, depending on if it is a Pre-Finished or Modular system. The leg assemblies are assembled with all options. This convenient, simple, lightweight and easy to unload method is far more manageable and consolidated than every other system.

Q: HOW IS IT ASSMEBLED?

There are two main types of systems. The first is a bolt together version and the other is a Modular version. The bolt together models only allow for one type of appliance to be used as it is designed for that appliance. It uses stainless steel bolts. The Modular and Custom Modular systems both assemble with adhesive, stainless steel brad nails and screws. Both Versions require a finish to be applied. Smaller sizes of these two options can be assembled, finished and moved.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

The material is a cementitious composite that uses Magnesium Oxide as a binder. It does not rot, rust, oxidize or degrade. This material has been used for centuries in natural wonders like the Great Wall of China, and Roman infrastructure projects. The construction system and finish methods protect the structure so making sure the finishes are maintained, these structures will last a lifetime.

Q: HOW IS IT MADE?

The boards are made under pressure and heat which is done with sustainable energy and the product is carbon neutral. We use intensive 3D Industrial Design programs to model and design the assemblies and accessories in a holistic design process. The boards are then cut with computerized equipment to accuracy of 1 hundredth of an inch. The material depending on the system is processed, glued and assembled and shipped.

Q: HOW IS IT SHIPPED?

The products are strong and robust so they ship very well. The parts flat pack on a pallet and for Pre-Finished systems are crated. Parts are all typically under 100 lbs and the BBQ grills are the main component that typically requires two people to install a system.

Q: DO I HAVE TO BUY THE APPLIANCES FROM YOU?

We focus on two Brands currently that fulfill the needs of most clients. We have launched with these brands because of the value and support from the manufacturer. We also rely on the quality and consistency in their specs. We can design for all appliances but we cannot guarantee that all openings will be accurate as the spec sheets of various manufacturers are not always representative of what their products require. If you want to use the same grills we offer but get them yourself that is great, otherwise having us design to your product specs, you must verify and will be responsible for the information provided to us.
